NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the City Council of the City of Grant, Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing on the 10th day of November 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall located on Kimbro Avenue. Information regarding participating via Zoom can be found on the City’s website at www.cityofgrant.us. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation Business on the property located at 11220 Manning Trail, in Grant, MN.

2027 ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Grant will hold a public hearing and meet in the Grant Town Hall at 8380 Kimbro Ave, Grant, MN 55082 at 6:30pm on Tuesday, November 10th. The proposed improvements are generally described as pavement rehabilitation, and located on: Dellwood Rd Ct N, McKusick Rd N, and Lofton Ave N. The estimated cost for the entire project is $685,429. A reasonable estimate of the cost of the assessment will be available at the hearing. The area proposed to be assessed are those abutting the street or with connective access. Written and oral comments will be considered.
